About Cazz Clarke - Remedial Massage Therapist & Exercise Scientist
My interest in remedial massage stems from a love (some may say obsession) of cycling – for most of my life I have been involved in cycling as a participant/competitor, and in the last 10 years as an accredited coach. My interest in cycling and generally in health and fitness has given me both an awe and avid curiosity toward the function of the human body. I love to be in a constant process of learning about how it works, and more specifically to remedial massage: what is happening when it breaks down, or isn't working as efficiently as it could. In order to further progress my knowledge, I also completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University and am currently studying a Master of Exercise Physiology. I conduct my massage therapy sessions in the same way that I coach, and approach life in general - first and foremost with honesty and integrity, underpinned by a strong foundation of knowledge, a commitment to ongoing learning, and a no-nonsense down to earth approach. My goal is simple - that you achieve optimum performance and enjoyment of your sport, activities, and everyday life. In my spare time, I also run a Bicycle Coaching business called 'Bike It Better' - visit www.bikeitbetter.com for more information.
